At RUMFORD, we believe in luxury without compromise. We stand behind the authenticity, quality, and craftsmanship of every item we sell. While we want you to shop with confidence, we also need to maintain the integrity of our carefully curated selection.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, provided the following conditions are met:
✅ The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear, use, or alterations.
✅ All RUMFORD security tags and branded seals must be intact.
✅ The item must be returned with all original packaging, including dust bags, authenticity cards, and accessories (if applicable).

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
❌ Jewelry & Watches
❌ Lingerie & Swimwear
❌ Items marked as “Final Sale” at checkout

Return Process

Request a Return: Initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing hello@shoprumford.com with your order number and reason for return.
Receive a Prepaid Label: A prepaid return label will be provided for all domestic orders. A $15 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund unless opting for store credit.
Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect it within 3-5 business days. If the item meets our return criteria, your refund or store credit will be issued.

Refund Details

Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items returned outside the policy timeframe will not be accepted.
